STUDENTS PLACEMENTS
At Eden Care Support Services, we welcome students across South East Queensland, providing a supportive environment to gain practical experience and begin a rewarding career in disability support. We understand that starting your first placement can be both exciting and challenging. Our experienced team and qualified mentors guide students through person-centred support, NDIS plan implementation, safe manual handling and community participation, helping them connect classroom learning with everyday practice.
We have successfully hosted students from TAFE Queensland, Oxford College, ETC and SkilTrak, building strong relationships with training organisations and employment partners. Our supervisors work closely with placement coordinators to support smooth onboarding, meet placement and logbook requirements, and provide timely feedback and supervisor sign-offs. This collaborative approach helps students feel supported throughout their placement.
Our placements bridge the gap between study and employment, helping students complete their required hours while developing the skills, confidence and professional values needed in disability support. Students may also have opportunities to apply for casual and permanent roles within our growing team across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the wider South East Queensland region.
